in this picture a human fry is trying to sleep but all the other human fry are swimming around saying come with us and play!  why are you sleeping?  we should be swimming about as human fry do, learning about eating and how to dodge predators!  if you are lazy, you will not learn survival skills, and then what will become of you?

it is really none of our business how you human persons choose to protect your young, but this just seems like a bad idea to us.  placing a decoy of an exposed nest with eggs upon a human fry would attract a predator, there is no doubt about that, which seems to entirely defeat the purpose of bothering to clothe your young in the first place.  why would you try to draw a predator to your fry?

unless you are sacrificing one of your young to save the thirty-five thousand others, in which case, carrry on!

hee hee!  look at the little human fry, pretending to be mermaid offspring!  if her parents would drape some seaweed in her hair and sharpen her teeth into points, it would fool us!  yay!  click to see!
