we swimmies require every fish to vote.  because that is what democracy is.  if you ban some fish from voting, because they are differently colored, or they were a bad fish, or they decided for some bizarre reason to change their name to match the name of a mate, then you do not have democracy.  you just have a bunch of opinions, and then a few fish making all the decisions.

and that never works out well for the majority of the fish.

you humans need to think about this problem.
