last night on television we watched the exciting yet disjointed documentary “late show with david letterman”, and his interview with bill clinton.
bill clinton was oblivious to his own part in destroying the economic security of the united states, and seemed to think the entire problem Occupy Wall Street is concerned with would be resolved with “jobs”.
JOBS is the new word they are all throwing around out there, trying to hijack the actual debate.  because from what we have observed, those who do have jobs are being treated like shit.  those who do have jobs are not able to pay to keep afloat.  those who do have jobs are unable to feed their kids.  those who do have jobs have no rights in the workplace, and are often working unsafe jobs, with no vacations ever, no pensions, no health care offered, nothing, and for the generations of offspring after many of you, not even basic social security, which, the blobfish explained, was an idea thought up way way back by the great Thomas Paine, and eventually carried out by a human person initialed FDR.
JOBS are not the only problem, and in many cases not even the main problem.  getting hung up on one simplistic word is what politicians do, and we would like to send a message to bill clinton, that he should be retired enough by now to get fucking real.  but we digress!
they are trying to bust up the protest in nyc, human persons!  don’t let them do that!  your constitution is already in such tatters that if you tried to wrap yourself in it you’d be arrested for indecent exposure.  and it would be a damn shame if that billionaire who bought his political office over there in new york succeeded where a brutal dictator like hoseni mubarak failed!
